About the owner
Kat is a professional makeup artist and educator with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry who 4 years ago added Microblading artist to her resume. In 1999 she joined makeup giant M.A.C cosmetics where she perfected her makeup skills and had the opportunity to work as a pro regional trainer for the brand. Kat has worked with hundreds of Brides throughout the U.S.A, Australia, Latin America, and Europe. She has worked with mega stars such as: Steven Tyler, Viola Davis, designer Kenneth Cole, Mena Suvari, Daddy Yankee, Martin Luther King III, Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, Astronaut Peggy Whitson, Enrique Iglesias, Cyndi Lauper, Nick Jonas, Jeff Bezos, Chef Jose Andres, Olympic Gold Medalist Shaun White, Joan Rivers, Johnny Weir, Ken Griffey & Ken Griffey Jr, Gustavo Cerati, Tim Gunn, Victoria Secret model Behati Prinsloo, and many more. Her makeup credits include: New York fashion Week & Miami Fashion Week , NFL’s Miami Dolphin Cheerleaders, Jacksonville Jaguars and NBA’s Orlando Magic Dancers and Miami Heat dancers. TV shows: La Voz Kids, Girls and Guns, MTV awards, and The Grammys. Moncler photoshoot with famed photographer Bruce Weber, Lake Nona Impact Forum / Institute, and Cirque du Soleil .
Kat has also been published in magazines in the U.S, Italy, and London and has traveled worldwide to bring her makeup talent to all her clients. In 2020 Kat worked her makeup magic on two films; Harvey ( received SAG film credits) and Legacy of Love. She draws inspiration for her work from her passions: books, food, animals, and her travels.
At The Beauty Factorie, we only work with very tenured artists who understand different skin tones and makeup styles to bring out the best features out of all their clients.

Kat saved me last minute when I (an out of town visitor) realized I wanted to look *not extremely tired* in some wedding photos. She was able to meet me at my location, listened attentively to what look I was going for, worked quickly, and was very professional. Makeup looked great and stayed in place all day/night. I originally found out about TBF launch from Kat as I had been following her back from her days at M.A.C as a professional make up artist and trainer. I always LOVED and admired her work, so when she opened up her beauty studio and found out she had gotten certified for microblading and promoting treatments via her Instagram account, I just needed to reach out to her immediately and book my spot!!! I asked that she-and-only-she do my brows... no one else lol
I was fortunate enough to have booked a spot and was counting down the days to have my brows done by Kat and I couldn't have been happier on my decision to get them done! KAT was PHENOMENAL!!! I mean she was meticulous, precise, detailed, and took her time to give me exactly what I had asked for.... beautiful and perfect eyebrows!!
I went from having semi-straight, ugly, uneven brows to full, custom shaped, curvy, and SEXY brows :D I can't begin to describe how many compliments I receive to this day! It has been almost 4 months since I got them done and they are still looking as perfect as ever! My makeup routine is way faster in the mornings and even when I don't get a chance to do my makeup my brows still look amazing!!
